Policies

DEPOSIT:

* We need valid credit card details to make booking definite.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

* Three weeks prior to arrival you are entitled to full refund of the deposit.

If cancelled within 3 weeks prior to your arrival first day of resaervation will be charged.

Cancellation fee of 100% of the arrangement applies for all cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of no show.

1. Booking and payment options

Bookings can be made by phone, fax or through this web site. You will receive a confirmation and payment instructions thru E-mail.The reservation will be considered binding upon receipt of the deposit ( unless agreed diferently ).

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

Services and Prices

The listed prices are on seasonal basis relating to periods indicated in the prices column. Stays which coincide with both peak and low season will be calculated on a day basis for each respective period. Tourist tax is not included in price and is aproximately 1€ per person per day. The supply of water, gas and electricity can be subject to interruption. In these cases, and for adverse weather conditions, owner cannot be held responsible.

The room description and prices have been prepared with great care, however they can be subject to change, which will be communicated on booking and confirmation.

2. Departures, arrivals and stays cut or extended

CHECK IN: between 14:00h and 22:00h,CHECK OUT: by 11:00. If you are unable to arrive within this time period, contact the management on the number shown on this web site, who can then arrange another appointment.

No refund will be made if the guest is unable to occupy the apartment on the correct day or time due to travel difficulties, strikes or personal reasons. The same applies in the case of early departures. Extended stay depends on availability.

3. Guests Obligations

On receipt of the keys the guest must leave with the front desk personnel a copy of a valid identification document. The management has the right not to hand over the keys if this is not done. Rooms shall be occupied solely by the number of people mentioned in the reservation confirmation. The management may forbid entry to outside people who are not mentioned in the reservation confirmation.

The guest will occupy the room respecting all the rules of the good neighbour.
